I was hesitant to order flooring online, but the price was substantially lower than what I could find locally. I called to talk with someone at OnFlooring and my direct questions about quality and cost were answered clearly, so I placed the order. There was a snafu with the original shipment which had me concerned, but a phone call to Mark, who promptly answered, quickly remedied the issue. OnFlooring was easy to work with, and the flooring product was of the quality I was hoping for. Very pleased with this transaction.

I just finished up with OnFlooring for the 2nd time. The prices and customer service are unbelievable. After I placed my order I contacted customer service because my order was delayed (COVID issues for Mohawk). I emailed these guys at 9pm on a Sunday and within 5 minutes had a response! Any time I had any inquiries I never had to wait more than an hour. The whole experience is truly great. I never had anything delivered to my home bc I elected to have it shipped to a nearby Mohawk warehouse and even those guys are great. Just get in and get out. Everything is seamless with this company. I have already passed along their information to friends and family interested in flooring. If you're hesitant like I was at first, trust your gut and go with them. You wont be disappointed. 5 star experience!!!!
