Excellent customer service
I ordered one t-mold that was for some flooring long discontinued. They kept me up to date on shipping and lead times. The shipment appeared to have gotten lost and within an hour of emailing their customer service, they had issued a no charge order to send to me and were expediting it as much as they could. The original order actually arrived the very next day and I cancelled the replacement order, again, they were super fast responding. Really appreciate the level of customer service. Will definitely order from them again.
