I had no luck trying to buy from the…
I had no luck trying to buy from the manufacturer of Versatrim VT-Dowels to fasten my broken floor transition. OnFlooring came to the rescue and my transition is secured back to the floor and looks great!

Exceptional customer care - Thank you!
I placed an order of 18 boxes of laminate planks. The ordering process was easy, and my shipment expectations were managed well. Three of the boxes on the delivered pallet were damaged. I contacted customer service, and they responded within hours, requesting details and photos. After I provided the details, they promptly shipped replacements for those three boxes, which arrived in time for me to keep my appointment with the installer. I have two more rooms to complete and look forward to placing my next order.
