Very Unreliable, troubling Delivery
The shipping of the flooring was a disaster. As I was traveling, I arranged for someone to be in my home to accept the delivery. The delivery company A.Duie Pyle Inc. deliver almost 3 hours past the window delivery time. Window delivery was 10am -2pm. Delivery took place at 4:44pm. This delay caused huge problems with buidling management in my NYC buidling. The absolute cut-off time for delivery is 4pm. I had to beg to get permission to use the elevator to take up the boxes

Rory, we are very sorry that A. Duie Pyle Inc. missed the delivery window. We know that timing is critical for NYC deliveries due to many logistical factors that must be coordinated. NYC is difficult! That being said, the freight carrier knows this and should have planned accordingly. Floor transition
Purchased a floor transition from tile to laminate. Item was a little pricey shipping was kind of high. The most disappointing part of this transaction was it took two weeks to get to me. $26 to ship one item shouldn't take two weeks for delivery Item was ordered 3/14/2019

Thank you for your order. You ordered on 3/18, it shipped 3/21 and you received it 3/27 - that is 7 business days. It shipped FEDEX ground from East Coast to West Coast. 94-INCH long tubes require special handling and may take 1-2 business days longer compared to normal size packages.

Arrived in timely manner but the strip color does not match my floor. Ordered another from local shaw dealer to get the correct color.

I ordered three pieces of "Fawn
I ordered three pieces of "Fawn Chestnut" edge moulding. Two pieces were the correct color, the third was a walnut color. There was no excuse for that mistake!

Purchased two pieces of t-molding...Be warned
Purchased two pieces of t-molding based on the color and wood type that I hoped would come close to matching my laminate floors for just under $100. It shipped and got here in good time but unfortunately it was too different and I couldn't use it. Even more unfortunately, I'm stuck with it because they don't accept returns on molding, even though it's still in it's packaging. So I'm stuck with having to try to sell it or take the loss if I can't. Otherwise, it was a decent experience but I won't consider them for any future needs.
