I wish there was another company that can make this product, maybe even improve the process and answer the phone. I have called 10 times and they don't answer! Maybe they only hire snowflakes bit still! Answer the phone so I can cancel my order.

I absolutley love the onewheels, but customer service is beyond slow.. my onewheel had a defect and ive been waiting over 12 days for even just a reply from them.. For a 2000€ costing gadget this should be better
