I’ve spent $3,547.51 on my Onewheel GT and its repair, yet the board has only 517 lifetime miles and is experiencing recurring problems. I purchased it in March 2023 for $2,489.75, including accessories and tax. In May 2025, I paid another $1,057.76 for an upgraded GT S-Series motor, a new tire, shipping, and labor. After barely riding it since that repair, the same symptoms have returned. The warranty has expired, and support offered troubleshooting and waived labor. However, I would still be responsible for parts and shipping. The current fault hasn’t been diagnosed, so I can’t confirm whether the replacement motor is the cause. What disappoints me most is how little reliable use I’ve gotten for the money spent. Support’s final offer did not address my concern about potentially paying for another substantial repair after such limited use. I’m disappointed with both the product’s reliability and the customer-service experience. I won’t put more money into this board, and based on my experience, I would not buy another Onewheel.
