I bought the Future Motion Antic bike. I was part of the early orders and waited over 10 weeks to receive it. I occasionally commute it to work and back, all easy asphalt riding. I spent the money for the long range, with accessories I’m close to 4k all in. I only have 93 total miles on it and the brakes went out while riding. All the mineral oil is gone from the braking system. I reached out to customer support and they called it normal wear and tear. It’s quite ridiculous. Customer service is terrible, they asked for detailed videos and had me submit all the proof just to tell me it’s not their fault. Yeah, ok. I was going to get another one so my kids can ride with me. I’ll probably get The Rizzler instead, definitely not another Antic. It’s just disheartening they don’t honor the bikes warranty.

I love my GT but tried to change a tire today (same stock threaded tire) .... not even professional garage was able to push it thru.... now need to return tire.... and order something that will work... (enduro)

What a poor customer service!! I purchased a PintX a while ago which started to show operation errors a few months ago. I sent the diagnostic, reached out to the customer service which diagnosed that the issue was coming from the controller module. In Jan 2025, I bought a new controller module for a total of $329. 3 months later, the board stopped working, showing an error 16. Customer service diagnostic: "The controller module is malfunctioning". They want me to buy a new controller and a new battery for more than $850 even though I already spent more than $300 on a part that stopped working within 3 months. They won't refund my last purchase. I proposed to pay $200 ($500 - $300) for a new battery which they refused. Beware of these fraudulent practices. Their products are not reliable and they just want your money!! What a shame!! The concept is great but the execution is very poor.

Not as advertised. I bought the Pint S and it is advertised to go 20 mph but the pushback is 17 mph and the haptic buzz is 18mph. Don't make the same mistake I did, It only goes 18 mph. Another thing is that all of the reviews on the Onewheel website are fake.

One wheel enthusiast since 2020 and I would have given a 6star until software update. I own 3, 1wheels. The 1.0 1wheel, then the Pint, and then I bought GT upon release. LOVED pint and GT….until the new app DL for 1 wheel and now it’s slow and some stupid alarm goes off the whole time while riding. Never heard that until the app DL. Done w/ 1 wheel after spending $5+k and then f’n w/ my rides with that update.back to my skate boards, KTMs and walking b/c I can walk faster w/o stupid alarms going off

I had my Onewheel Pint for two years before it stopped working. And since they don't alow third parties to do repairs it's impossible to order parts. So even though I know it's either the battery or the BMS that's broken I can't fix it or have anyone fix it for me. The only option is to send it across the Atlantic and back for them to fix it. And that would cost me hundreds of dollars in shipping alone. If you live in Europe, don't buy from them. Atleast until they get a service senter inn Europe. Love the onewheel, but paying 1300 dollars for it to brake with no realistic way to fix it is ridiculous.

Hello, (I am in Europe, it may be different in the USA). I return to my opinion of Future Motion. Indeed I bought a Pint X which has already been changed 3 times due to battery wiring problems. I was delighted with the speed of reaction of Future motion. But unfortunately I realize that the problem has never been solved. They just changed the board 3 times for a new one. Today I decide to open the battery of my 4th board on the advice of friends of the community. Indeed I'm tired of sending back and waiting for a new board every time. And BIM ! Surprise which is not one, the wiring of the battery is pinched and some wires are bare. I sent the photo of the wiring in question to Future Motion and they tells me that I should not open the battery and that the warranty is void. I expected it but this board is 2 months old. I still don't understand why Future motion doesn't solve this design problem and prefers to send new boards back until they are out of warranty. So I agree with the other reviews i reed on network, be carreful with Pint X and don't trust Future Motion.

Wish I read these reviews before I purchased my Pint. Used it a handful of times but haven't used it for months. Plugged it in for 6 hours but the unit won't come on. Reached out to FM's website and supplied the serial number and described the issue. 9 days later but still no response. Didn't respond to my message on social either. After reading these reviews and looking at my own experience, I don't think their business model accounts for repairs. A $500-$800 repair doesn't make sense for a $1,100 device. They must expect customers to purchase new Onewheels. :(
