I booked a one-way ticket from Istanbul to Geneva for 3 July 2026 and paid 32 USD for me and my partner. The confirmation email arrived right away, and that's when I saw the problem: the booking was an overnight flight through Dubai that doesn't arrive until 4 July, not the date I selected. This caused a real problem. My hotel was booked from 3 July, and my documents say I arrive on the 3rd. Now my ticket says the 4th. Speaking as a product designer: even if no same-day flight is available, the system should warn the user before booking a next-day arrival. Hiding that until after payment is a basic design failure. I emailed support politely. Their answer? The date can't be changed. I'd have to rebook through a "special request" that, in their own words, is "not guaranteed." So my 32 USD was wasted. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs an accurate ticket. Save your money.

Flight booked from Seoul to Vietnam, stop over in singapore when the destination is only 5 hours away from the departure point and flights are super cheap direct. Nobody can believe you booked such flight

Although a route may be available when checking online, it might not be available in our system. For the route you selected, what we sent you was the best option. Singapore is a major hub, and many flights in Southeast Asia transit through this country. However, if you are not satisfied, you are always welcome to reach out to our 24/7 support for an exchange. Completely useless service. I was asked for a return flight to my country of origin when departing to Europe and when I showed what the this company provided me with, it has no flight number, therefore I ended up having to buy a return flight that I’m not going to use. I don’t recommend this service to anyone. Scam

The flight ticket did not work. I needed an onward ticket to board a flight so I bought from One Way Fly. The airline I was flying with checked the ticket and said it was invalid. I had to buy another (real) expensive ticket very quickly to be able to board my flight. When I told them about this and asked for a refund, they refused. I had to do a chargeback. If this is a rare occurrence, why would they not just refund and move on? It seems it happens often based on other reviews online. Seems like a scam to me. *** Edit - after contacting them 4 times they finally agreed to a refund. However, the service didn't work so I'm not editing my review. *** *** Edir 2 - one way fly lied in their response. I sent 4 emails over 3 days before anyone replied and offered a refund. They replied to the 1st and the 4th email and only agreed to refund after I mentioned leaving a review. The ticket may have seemed valid to them on what they checked but if airlines or immigration don't accept their type of booking as a valid ticket then their service doesn't work as intended. *****

Didn't work at all...,I bought an onward ticket to Thailand, but when I arrive to check in desk, they where not able to find the ticket number..,so I had to buy a very expensive ticket at the moment or I would not be able to board the flight they said. I'd contact customer service twice in a week but I don't have any answer...,so I completely not recommend this company for your onward tickets
