The connection can be a bit hit and miss, but overall I am very satisfied with the product. The game-changer is the OneSim VoIP app which means that as long as you have an internet connection and a OneSim account you can send and receive calls at your preferred number anywhere at a very low cost! The app itself also can drop calls sometimes but overall, I am very impressed (when it works) with the call quality. For people who travel or need a certain country phone # I think this is an excellent choice.

Have used in Europe, US, Asia, Australia. Works very well, Certainly much cheaper than roaming with Canadian plan. Convenient to have a NA number I can be reached on. Have recommended to friends and family and purchased extra sims for family members.

Hi, this company is a scam, They like to charge calls which never got connected. I got ripped for $8 or so for 14 minutes of calls which they claim were made and never got through And to add insult to the injury they claim the calls were legit STAY AWAY from this SCAM CALLING company, if you want to save money

My wife couldn't bring her company iPhone5 to Europe, so I found a cheap unlocked iPhone5 on Groupon, and installed a Onesimcard for her. Everything seems to be working fine now for our vacation. I used this same card last year in my own iPhone for three weeks in Eastern Europe, and I will point out that Onesimcard's customer service is excellent and responsive.

No, I had no reservations at all! I like this company, because everything is correct and there are no hassles. I tried de many features and possibilitys of my Onesimcard Plus, and everything works fine...I am shure my next trip to Costa Rica will be Ok....

My husband is traveling outside of U.S for three months but still needs to connect with his U.S colleagues. It's really expensive if he used the regular AT&T. i looked up the sim cards company for him.The online chat is very helpful.
