They don't explain to you up front that if you put money into your account and don't use it all you get nothing back. This is very dishonest and I would never use One Sim Card again. The service is not easy to figure out, you get this strange call back on your phone when you make a phone call out. They are keeping 44.00 of my money, this was not explained when I put the money into my account.
