We create garments as quiet philosophical objects—using detailed embroidery to translate existential ideas into something wearable. I placed an order Eleven days ago and I still haven’t received my order or a response from anybody
Response from One Second LateJan 20, 2026
Hi Ary, I want to give you a clear update on your order. It was placed on the 6th and shipped on the 8th. At the time of this reply, the tracking showed it had already arrived at the destination USPS facility and was being processed for final delivery. During peak periods, this last step can sometimes take a little longer than usual. We were also checking directly with USPS for a confirmed update, which is why our response took longer than expected. Thank you for your patience while we looked into it. Update (Mar 23): Tracking later confirmed that the package was successfully delivered on the 23rd. The carrier confirmation was also provided during the payment dispute process, which has now been resolved in our favor.
