The return process from Europe was insane. Worst experience I ever had. As response to the customer support: I very much appreciate your effort, and I can completely understand your stance. Nonetheless you ran advertisements in Germany I clicked on in the expectation to have to deal with a online retail brand that would offer a normal, affordable return. I now have paid in total 169,33 € for a T-shirt I did not want to have and spent several days sorting out how to send a package to Vietnam just to be told that the package could not be delivered; I have to pay the obligatory return ALONE. Though there was no mistake I did on my end I know of. *except buying.

Hi David, We initially provided our designated US return address—the same return process offered to all customers. You requested to return the order to our studio instead, and we agreed to make an exception after explaining that any resulting import duties and taxes would remain your responsibility. When the parcel arrived in Vietnam, the required $90 import charge remained unpaid, so the shipment could not be released to us. Although we never received the returned merchandise, we still refunded the order, less the previously communicated $45 processing fee. DHL subsequently returned the parcel to you, and both hoodies are now back in your possession. Given that the order has already been refunded and the products (1 tee & 2 hoodies) have also been returned to you, we’re unable to reimburse the separate carrier charge as well. In hindsight, we should not have approved a return outside our standard process. We have now corrected this, and all future returns must be sent only to our designated return address. We regret that this exceptional return situation overshadowed products you were otherwise happy with.
