Color not quite what was expected, overall not bad
I was surprised by the color of the hoodie - it wasn't as light as I had expected. I also had expected a warmer hoodie given the descriptions. While I have no particular qualms with the build, it's not super comfortable or cozy. The main thing to be mindful of is that "cream" is not almost white in terms of color.

Hi, thank you for your honest feedback! On the color: Cream is a warm, soft off-white with ivory undertones, not a near-white shade, and our product photos reflect this accurately. We're sorry if the name led to a different expectation. On the warmth: we deliberately use French Terry over Fleece. While Fleece may feel warmer, it pills and sheds over time. French Terry is versatile across seasons, holds up wash after wash, and we're proud to say ours is among the best on the market. It's a quality-first decision, not a compromise.
