One Reverse Mortgage, LLCReviews of onereversemortgage.com

Preston Williams and Leni Burris were extremely helpful in obtaining my reverse mortgage. Although the process was extremely lengthy and document intensive they were knowledgeable and always pleasant and considerate of me and my requests. There was a number of times that they went out of their way to accommodate my wishes and concerns. I wish that I had employees like this when I had my own company many years ago.

The process from the beginning was professionally managed by Kevin Holland. It was a longer process than normal because of questions and doubts that I had but Kevin and his staff were patient and guided us through the process. We look forward to closing the arrangement.

A lot of difficult paperwork involved. Generally handled very well. Some mistakes made, but, considered inevitable with a transaction of this size (105 page contract) and difficulty. However, our initial representative, Tony Gonzalez, was fantastic to work with. If there hadn't been a person of Tony's quality and character, we probably wouldn't have been satisfied. But, with Tony's concern and dedication we were fully satisfied. Tony did a great job of understanding mistakes and problems and promptly correcting same. Overall rating Excellent.

Only high praise for this company. Like most older people, we had no idea how a reverse mtg. really worked. Kim Madou walked us through the process and with her help and others that I don't remember the name, we decided this was the best option for us. Everyone has treated us with the utmost respect and answered every question we had (sometimes more than once). The process is now nearly over and we have a close date, so thank all of you for everything.

Everyone that I have talked to has been so nice and helpful and very thoughtful and respectful. I, too, would recommend this company to anyone. And, Tony, my Banker, who was assigned to me from the very start has been nothing but exceptionally nice and all of the other good adjectives that one could write down to describe someone of his good character. He has really impressed me with his good qualities.

Todd Piechowski was extremely cordial and helpful when I was applying for my Reverse Mortgage. He was prompt in calling me back or letting me know what I needed to get to him to complete this process. He explained everything thoroughly and in simple language. I have friends that are considering One Reverse Mortgage and I will direct them to Todd, since I had a great experience working with him!

Making the decision of choosing the right company for a reverse mortgage took a lot of time. The decision to choose One Reverse Mortgage was the correct choice for me. I worked with Adam Dice and Leni Burris, both right up front and had the knowledge to help me through the process. They both had patience with my "huh" and made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood every step of the way. My financial future is now secure.
