One Reverse Mortgage, LLCReviews of onereversemortgage.com

I, Bohdan Krewsun and Sabina C. Barney, had the great pleasure of working with Roderick Rhodes at One Reverse Mortgage. We both, being in business for over forty years, made sure to get three quotes before committing. Out of all three quotes, Mr. Rhodes was the most responsive to our needs with perfect graciousness. This professional man has heart and concern for every need that we presented him with. Nothing went by without his regard for transparency and truth. His responses were exemplary and we would introduce him to all of our senior friends. We would recommend ORM to anyone that is questioning the process of reverse mortgage, knowing Mr. Rhodes "WILL" treat all those potential customers with "Kid gloves". Mr. Roderic Rhodes "WILL" make everyone feel comfortable throughout the reverse mortgage process with complete understanding while receiving their reverse mortgage with confidence. Nothing is hidden and everything is above board. We say this with confidence ourselves, after getting to know Mr. Rhodes, Roderick, as if he was one of our own.

Really appreciate the effort one reverse mortgage put towards my mothers loan. They made each step easy and clear. They really stepped up to win our business and remained curious and understanding as we negotiated with there competitors. They exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

I had hear many interpretations of the Reverse Mortgage. Most were confusing but over-all negative about it. The application of this loan works for us because of our age and our retirement status. Adam Dice was very helpful in putting this solution in perspective to our current goals. We have children that have been very successful in their lives and don’t need an inheritance from us. This opens up a more comfortable retirement for us.

Very nice and handled quickly.

Stephen Martin was terrific! He answered all my questions and always called me back right away. I wanted to get this done asap and HE and the other members of the team ALL worked hard to do that for me from Lauren to Leni and many others too, including ROM... This loan WAS done in record time so I could get a Sr. discount with my carpet installers and painter. After 40 long years, I will finally get MY home fixed up so I CAN enjoy it, entertain some and well see my home the way I always wanted it to look. AND if My books DO get published (as my two children's books are on Amazon) I can be proud of my home too.

I was amazed at how easy the professionals at One Reverse Mortgage made this for us. Their personable professionalism is unbelievable. They treated us as if we were the only customers/clients they had. They were sincere, honest and more important, genuine. They really cared. I WILL most definitely recommend ONE RESERVSE MORTGAGE to everyone. Thank you, again and again, to Breet, Kate and Abby for all your guidance, encouragement, and leadership. You not only help us, you took our hand and guided us each and every step of the way.

The entire process from start to finish was easier than I expected. This was due to the great support from Rich Martin and Eric Bitanga. Getting a reverse mortgage for my mom was not an easy decision and they answered all my questions and helped me feel more confident in my decision.

This is the 9th mortgage that I have done in my life and by far the one that presented the most problems for closing a mortgage. I had the privilege of dealing with a real professional in Ms. Sarquese Williams. Considering all the problems that showed up during this loan process, Ms. Williams was calm; knew how to handle all of the problems that showed up; very positive; and certainly made me feel very comfortable in her professionalism. Certainly, if I was looking to clone the qualities necessary to be successful in your business, I would definitely use her as the role model for what a loan officer should be. Terrific experience!
