One Reverse Mortgage, LLCReviews of onereversemortgage.com

My five stars rating is the result of a very professional and highly efficient work by the agent in charge of my case. She did an outstanding job sorting out for me all of the many obstacles in the way to final closing of the agreed upon deal. I realized a reverse mortgage is somewhat more complicated than a traditional forward mortgage and consequently it takes more time, knowledge and dedication to get it straight and ready to fly. Sarquese is the name of the agent I was assigned to and quite frankly, I couldn't get luckier on that. She took me by the hand since day one and very politely helped me enormously in overcoming the many hassles and pitfalls along the way. Not only that, she understood my many concerns and did her best to ease them out. I ended up trusting her with every advise she gave and I must say I cannot find words to thank her for all the time and assistance she provided to me.It has been a very good experience so much so I am recommending your services to my elder brother who is considering a reverse mortgage for his retirement. Thanks a million to all of you guys at One Reverse Mortgage!

This is my third refinance with One Reverse. Each time I have worked with Tim Tofan as my Mortgage Banker. The guy really knows what he's doing and how to do it. Thanks Tim! Bob McInnes

I feel very fortunate that Austin Yost answered my first call to ORM. Austin was both courteous and respectful of our financial situation, easy to talk to, informative and most important, had this positive attitude that made us feel like valued clients. At the start of the application process he explained the reverse mortgage in language we could understand, amplified the technical stuff with emails, answered every question and told us what info he needed and when he needed it. He responded almost immediately to every phone message or email question we asked, once on a Saturday and several times after business hours. We trusted him completely. Eric was also extremely prompt responding to questions and explained what he needed and he thanked us each time we talked. They are a great team. It was a pleasure to answer the phone every time ORM showed up on our caller ID.

From day one of the application process to the closing Reese Minard and Claudia Acuna were extremely helpful. They explained the process and the timeline leading up to the closing. They kept me up to date on the progress of the application on almost a daily basis by email and phone. They anticipated many of the questions that I had. One Reverse should be proud of these two employees!

One Reverse was very easy to work with friendly staff that made every effort to help us thru the process of securing a reverse mortgage. Ms Harris has a great team!

I worked with another leading American company in an effort to get a reverse mortgage so, I am in the best position to judge and compare One Reverse' performance. One Reverse far superseded that company in every possible performance area: Quick responses. politeness, reliability, encouraging the client, effective teamwork and an eagerness to get the job done. Mr. Trevor Bupan was outstanding in every way. In fact after my bad experience with the other Reverse Mortgage Company, I was about to call it quits. Thanks to Mr Bupan, I decided to go forward with One Reverse. I think Trevor set the record as far as I am concerned for returning my calls every time---never failing. I give Trevor the highest rating as a Reverse Mortgage Agent and I am sure he will do exceedingly well in this profession. Melanie and Lorna were also outstanding with their responsibilities on my application. They like Trevor were always dependable and professional in the manner with which they dealt with me. Congratulations to One Reverse Mortgage for having such a powerful team of officers. Ambassador Chandradath Singh.

They have been very helpful and willing to work with me to get a reverse morgage.

We are very pleased with the excellent customer service we have received. Karl Kakaley is very professional and very patient, deserves a raise! We were very impressed that someone reached out to us nearly daily to keep us updated anout the progress of our application. Thank you also to Claudia Acuna for that as well. Many businesses could learn from you customer services practices!
