I had no idea how this worked when i became interested in a reverse mortgage. I checked with 2 services in the beginning and didnt really understand them even after their information. I called One Reverse Mortgage and talked to a very knowledgeable lady named Delilah. She explained everything about the reverse mortgage from beginning to end. I knew then, that we had finally found the right fit. I talked to Delilah several times a day until I became comfortable with the scenario. She sent me so much information that it was very easy to follow when we talked. My husband and I, both recommend One Reverse Mortgage if you want a well qualified company to work with.

I began my journey to secure a reverse mortgage with AAG which was a highly rated company. Early on I was referred to your firm by Quicken Loans. I spoke with one of your reps but decided to go with AAG. One day, out of the blue, I received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Chris Zajec. He was calling me to remind me that ORM definitely had a superior plan compared to AAG and couldn't understand why I wouldn't proceed with his company.He sounded like he knew what he was talking about so I listened. Because Chris was able to satisfy a few of my requests I changed my mind and the rest is history. Both he and Abby were a delight to work with and would be proud to refer anyone to ORM, and more importantly to Chris, who was searching for a Reverse Mortgage.
