This was a seamless experience from start to finish. All of the agents were extremely professional and customer focused. They addressed my every need and concern. Last year, I had an extremely negative experience trying to process one with another company which resulted in my personal information being compromised as well as fraudulent business practices during the process. I have several complaints open against this company. I was skeptical that this process would be any better but I was proven wrong by Todd and the rest of the team.I was given a full understanding through every step of the process and the opportunity to have every one of our questions/issues addressed. I still can't believe how well the process went for us. They exceeded my expectations in every way. This is a complete recommend.
