Very impressed with One Rev Mortgage, Ronnie was awesome in explaining all that details of a Rev mortgage in a clear manner that even I could understand. Super friendly people from start to finish. My loan closed in 18 days which just blew me away. I did a lot of homework in choosing a Rev mortgage company to go with and One Reverse Mortgage had the best reviews and now I can see why. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. But my biggest thanks go's to Ron Grollmus my agent. He was above and beyond expectations and new the procedure inside and out. This has been the most painless encounter with a mortgage company ever. Thank you all for making me feel like you really care about my well being.

Rich Martin was great. Abby seemed inexperienced. I think because we were doing a new purchase it was not as familiar as a refy might have been to the folks involved. The back office was asking for a HUD document that doesn’t exist, they were asking for receipts and a handyman’s invoice for a couple of burnt out lightbulbs that the owners changed themselves. We were told at one point that we could not do a closing that was shorter than 60 days which was totally at odds with what Richard had told us.
