Refinanced with Rocket Loans 2 years ago, had an amazing experience with them. Eric Bitanga was more than outstanding. I cannot ever remember working with anyone so professional and detailed as Eric. He made a point to keep me up to date on each step of the approval process, and was always available when I had any questions. Very experienced staff to work with, the procedures were simple and efficient and the timeline of the whole process was excellent. One side note - the lady that came to close on our RM said that One Reverse Mortgage had the most complete and detailed paperwork, better than a few other companies that she has used. I would recommend your services for sure.
