Been with Oneminers since last year now. Didn't want to go all in right away, i'm not that guy, honestly, so I started with one machine, just over $1000, basically as a test run to see if this whole thing actually worked the way it was supposed to. Once i got comfortable with how everything ran, I kept adding machines here and there instead of dumping money in all at once. Now i'm sitting at 14 miners, different models, different coins. It's kind of wild looking back, my setup grew a lot, but honestly so did Oneminers. They dont just sit still with the same old stuff either. They added the installment option at some point, which is huge if you don't want to pay for a machine upfront, and the multi-machine discounts have saved me a decent chunk of money too. Support's gotten better as well, used to be I'd ask something and get a pretty vague answer, now it's actually useful. I've picked up a lot just from their update posts too, learned more about hosting than I expected too. Not gonna pretend it's been flawless though. With this many machines running, stuff breaks or acts up eventually, that's just how it goes. A few of mine needed attention at different points. What i appreciated was never being left in the dark about it, they'd update me, explain what as actually happening and get it sorted out. Glad I eased into this instead of going big right out the gate. Gave me time to actually trust the process instead of just hoping for the best. It's been a solid year watching both my own setup and Oneminers grow, curious what they roll out next honestly.

I have been with oneminers for about a month now, and gradually adding machines. I wanted to give it a bit of time before leaving a review, and so here we go. I run a small business and so long term strategic positioning in Bitcoin mining, and therefore operating costs need to be as low as possible. Other hosts have overpriced machines and ridiculous hosting costs of 8c or more and sometimes even rack fees. Oneminers are truly competitive and professional. I also had a call with petr to discuss my strategy and he was honest and pragmatic about which machines to go for and did not steer me towards machines purely on a sales basis. I am diversified acrosss 3 different hosting companies, but I have been very impressed so far with OneMiners... The Good: - Very competitive hosting rates (especially Africa) - Quick deployment as promised - Responsive and helpful customer support - Well priced machines compared to the market To Improve: - Would be good to have a resale option for machines as they run towards end of life - Cleaner invoicing and reporting for businesses and tax purposes would be nice Overall good experience - great job OneMiners. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I have done a huge amount of research and AI modelling on this, and OneMiners come out on top every time I run the model.

It's great to know that your call with our support team provided honest, pragmatic guidance on machine selection. We strive to be transparent partners in our customers' success, not just salespeople. I’ve been slowly adding miners with them for 6 months. Yes, their responses are slow. Yes, the dashboard is really inelegant and clunky. Yes, payouts sometimes take more than a day to clear. BUT, every payout I’ve requested has been disbursed. My only complaint is that they will only disperse funds in BTC or as a bank deposit. I have several Altcoin miners with them but I can’t disperse altcoins, only BTC, so I’m forced to use their exchange rate and fees to cash out altcoins. Still been quite profitable and I’m content with continuing to work with them.

AI mining is sham, Loot is broad daylight. 2 Step Loot leave you with 15-20% less or potentially more also. Step 1: They are cutting your profits by 9-10%... See for yourself, compare your daily profits with any mining pool, whattomine and asicprofit.. Step 2: If coin in non-BTC than they take 2-3% cut again for exchange. (Withdrawal only possible in BTC), On one screen they will show you final amount you will get and on next confirmation screen final amount will be lower then before. They don't even acknowledge. [Ready to update it]

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that there was confusion regarding how mining rewards and withdrawals work, and we'd like to clarify how our hosting service operates. When you host with OneMiners, you own your ASIC miner and connect it directly to the mining pool of your choice (such as ViaBTC or F2Pool). The mining pool is responsible for calculating mining rewards and distributing payouts. OneMiners does not take any percentage of your mining revenue. Our pricing is fully transparent. The only mining-related fee is the pool fee charged by your selected mining pool, which is typically between 1% and 3%. OneMiners does not add any management fees or additional pool fees. Your electricity costs are fixed, clearly stated in your hosting agreement, and are never deducted unexpectedly. Regarding withdrawals, the funds are paid based on your mining pool balance. The values shown in the dashboard are estimated earnings calculated using current network difficulty and hashprice, both of which change continuously. The amount available for withdrawal reflects your actual mining pool balance at that moment, which is why it may differ from earlier estimates. This is not a deduction but a normal characteristic of cryptocurrency mining. You can verify your mining rewards independently by logging into your mining pool account using your worker information. The mining pool is the authoritative source for your balance and earnings. If you believe there is any discrepancy with your account, we'd be happy to investigate. Please contact us with your order number at [email protected] or submit a request through our support page at https://oneminers.com/pages/support-request. We'll review your account together and explain every figure in detail. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a transparent hosting service with clearly defined fees, uptime guarantees, and warranty terms.
