Thank you for your feedback! At OneMiners, our support is handled by real people, and more complicated issues sometimes take longer to resolve. We've been here since 2017, and we're not going anywhere! Our goal is to become the number one Bitcoin mining and hosting provider (and in some areas, like our 7-year warranty for hosted miners and electricity pricing, we believe we already are 😊). We're continuously improving our support, and your feedback helps us get better. Most importantly, we're happy we could resolve your issue to your satisfaction!

Loot in Broad Daylight, Read on how they loot, AI mining is sham
AI mining is sham, Loot is broad daylight.
2 Step Loot leave you with 15-20% less or potentially more also.
Step 1: They are cutting your profits by 9-10%...
See for yourself, compare your daily profits with any mining pool, whattomine and asicprofit..
Step 2: If coin in non-BTC than they take 2-3% cut again for exchange. (Withdrawal only possible in BTC), On one screen they will show you final amount you will get and on next confirmation screen final amount will be lower then before.
They don't even acknowledge.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that there was confusion regarding how mining rewards and withdrawals work, and we'd like to clarify how our hosting service operates.
When you host with OneMiners, you own your ASIC miner and connect it directly to the mining pool of your choice (such as ViaBTC or F2Pool). The mining pool is responsible for calculating mining rewards and distributing payouts. OneMiners does not take any percentage of your mining revenue.
Our pricing is fully transparent. The only mining-related fee is the pool fee charged by your selected mining pool, which is typically between 1% and 3%. OneMiners does not add any management fees or additional pool fees. Your electricity costs are fixed, clearly stated in your hosting agreement, and are never deducted unexpectedly.
Regarding withdrawals, the funds are paid based on your mining pool balance. The values shown in the dashboard are estimated earnings calculated using current network difficulty and hashprice, both of which change continuously. The amount available for withdrawal reflects your actual mining pool balance at that moment, which is why it may differ from earlier estimates. This is not a deduction but a normal characteristic of cryptocurrency mining.
You can verify your mining rewards independently by logging into your mining pool account using your worker information. The mining pool is the authoritative source for your balance and earnings.
If you believe there is any discrepancy with your account, we'd be happy to investigate. Please contact us with your order number at [email protected] or submit a request through our support page at https://oneminers.com/pages/support-request. We'll review your account together and explain every figure in detail.
We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a transparent hosting service with clearly defined fees, uptime guarantees, and warranty terms.

Unclarified Contract Information / Transparency issue
I decided to write this review after multiple unsuccessful attempts to settle my issue with OneMiners Support: e-mail, WhatsApp and phone call.
I am running a machine which I purchased and hosted with OneMiners about 3 months ago. I have both positive & negative reviews.
Positive:
Responsive support (especially on WhatsApp). The rewards are sent daily inside the dashboard and electricity is also deducted daily as stated in their site with no extra or hidden fees. Overall good performance with no need to change the settings - just monitoring. Rewards can be withdrawn anytime with processing time within 48 hours.
Negative:
The only issue I had, was when I asked for the Hosting Contract. Despite sending it straight away, there was critical missing information inside the Contract for which I wasn't able to sign since then. Specifically, in my e-mail on 28/01/2026 I requested clarification about:
1. Equipment Identification (inside the contract it is only specified an internal miner ID with no reference of which machine is purchased and hosted.
2. Hosting Location (it is only noted USA without clarifying which of there many facilities).
3. Mining Transparency (proof of mining).
The Team responded very fast on WhatsApp saying that I have to wait for the legal team to manage the issue. From my point of view the information I asked is very well defined the moment i proceeded with purchase 3 months ago. Till now, i never received an answer in my e-mail despite multiple reminders. I feel exposed without the Hosting Contract signed.
Despite my overall good experience with OneMiners Team and Services, this one issue is pulling me back from expanding my mining plans. From my experience mining is a long-term investment requiring full Transparency and Reliability from both sides.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We're glad you've had a positive experience overall with our service and support team.
You're absolutely right that hosting contracts should include clear equipment identification, specific facility details, and mining transparency information. We're actively working to include these details in our contracts going forward to ensure all customers receive complete, transparent agreements from day one.
We apologize for the delay in resolving your contract request. We're committed to getting this sorted for you.
If you have any further questions or need clarification on your contract details, please reach out to our support team at
[email protected] or visit our support page at https://oneminers.com/pages/support-request. They'll ensure you have everything you need with full transparency.
Thank you for your patience and for being part of the OneMiners community.

Problems with BTC payouts
Hello,
I have two machines with Oneminers, all relatively new.
Here is my experience with BTC payouts:
1) I requested a payout on November 1, 2025, the payout was made on November 2, 2025, the payout was made according to their stated terms within approximately 24 hours.
2) I requested a payout on December 8, 2025. Today is December 14, 2025, and the BTC is still nowhere to be found. I have already written to their technical support twice. The first time, they wrote back saying that the payout had to be verified and that it would take several days. The last time, on Friday, they wrote that my request had been forwarded and that I would be informed. Since then, still nothing.
In both cases, the amounts were relatively small, equivalent to about $50, paid to the same BTC wallet address.
What has been your experience with BTC payments from Oneminers recently?
2) The BTC withdrawal requested on Monday, December 8, arrived in my wallet on Monday, December 15, 2025, in the afternoon. That is, one week after the request was made and two reminders to technical support.
Response from OneMinersJul 13, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your patience and want to address the delay you experienced in December.
Our stated terms are 24 to 72 hours for BTC withdrawals. The seven-day delay on your December 8 request was unacceptable, and the lack of communication from our team made it worse. We fell short on both counts.
BTC withdrawals sometimes require verification, especially for new accounts or larger amounts, but that doesn't excuse the wait or the silence. We should have kept you informed throughout the process and provided a clearer timeline.
We're working to improve our withdrawal verification process and response times so customers aren't left waiting without updates.
If you experience any issues with future withdrawals, please reach out to our support team at https://oneminers.com/pages/support-request. We'll make it a priority to get you answers and resolution quickly.
Thank you for your continued trust in OneMiners.

Poor service, maybe the holidays causing issues
I ordered 3 miners. Price was ok but then the misery starts:
- The additional cost is very high, but ok, thats a choice.
- I paid priority service, meaning in service within 24hours. This is now weeks ago, nothing happened. I asked for refund of priority fee, but no response.
- I asked for status, then they give a date but that is a week ago as well.
Up till now, lot of money gone and nothing is happening. This company's business is a rip off or their service is very poor.
I would not recommend this company from the experience I have up till now.
=====================
Update:
Well it is not a scam, I can say that. At last the miners were deployed and working. Not performing as stated, but they are delivered and indeed generating some revenue.
So I upped the review a little. Communication is going better. Let's consider it a Christmas holiday situation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with the service. Based on your profile, I’m unable to locate your order details. Could you please provide your order number so I can review your case thoroughly?
To clarify some details: when you select priority processing, it guarantees that your miner will be deployed within 24 hours of arriving from the factory. This applies to both spot orders and batch orders, as stated in our terms at the time of purchase.
Spot Orders: These are usually set up in our hosting centers within 7–10 business days once payment is received.
Batch Orders: For instance, if you ordered from the December batch, those miners are released by the factory at the beginning of January. Your miner would typically be running by mid-January, as explained in our communications.
We’ve sent you emails explaining these timelines and processes. If you feel any of these expectations haven’t been met, please let us know. Sharing your order number will allow us to investigate further and assist you directly.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to resolving this matter for you.
