I have several issues regarding my order with OneMiners. I ordered an Antminer Z15K (525 KH/s) through the Pay Later option, with payment divided into 4 installments. I chose this payment option because it was financially easier for me to manage the purchase this way. At the time of the order, it was stated that the machine was part of the September 2026 batch, with a release date of September 28. Based on this information, I expected the machine to become operational within a short period of time, around October at the latest. I also paid approximately $300 extra for the Priority service. However, I was later informed that the September batch date is only an estimated manufacturing date, and that an additional 10–15 working days may be required afterwards, followed by further time for installation and connection. This means that my machine may not actually start operating until the end of October or even November. This is not acceptable to me, because this is not what I expected when I made the purchase, especially considering that I paid an additional fee for the Priority service. I also accidentally sent an additional 0.19059 ZEC on top of the amount required for the machine. Instead of returning this amount to me in ZEC, it was credited to my Energy & Fees Wallet. I want this amount returned to me in ZEC, to the wallet from which I originally sent it. My biggest concern at the moment is the communication with customer support. I have repeatedly tried to contact you and receive meaningful answers to my questions, but I am not receiving clear or substantive responses. No matter how I try to reach customer support, I am not receiving a proper solution or clear information regarding my issues. This is especially concerning in the case of a purchase worth several thousand dollars. Therefore, I have requested that if the machine cannot be deployed significantly sooner, I receive a full refund of all payments made so far, and that the mistakenly sent 0.19059 ZEC also be returned to me in ZEC. As an alternative, I have also stated that if you can deploy a Z15 420K significantly sooner, I would consider switching from the Z15K to that model. If this is not possible either, then I would like to proceed with a full refund.
