Easy to use program. Knowledgeable help when you need it. The only reason I didn't mark it 5 stars as sometimes the wait time is a little long once you work your way through the prompts.

Great system to file ongoing documents and receive verifications once the court has accepted the filing. The ability to serve all parties electronically is simple and easy. My only wish is that I could classify documents that are not listed in the dropdown menu of document types, such as motion to modify visitation orders in a guardianship case. There should be a generic doc type for submitting a motion for every case type (probate, guardianship, family court, etc.)

Great service! Convenient. Pretty much on time. I wish they would do a little more counseling for the clients also.

I am very satisfied with One Legal accept when there is a problem. Sometimes it is hard to get through on the telephone and the email response is slow even though you do say it will be slow. But if we need and answer right away on a problem, it is difficult to contact you.

A good job. Telephone support with a real live person in less that 5 minutes is really pretty amazing.

I would recommend OneLegal to anyone. But if I were to critique anything for further improvement, I'd point out the current inability to put in punctuation marks in the doc description. I usually copy & paste, and it's cumbersome to have to delete all commas, apostrophes, etc.

I enjoy the ease of use of this filing system.
