Good Service Overall
Good service overall, unless (1) there is a problem with your order and you miss the call (difficult and time-consuming to return the call), (2) your order is for LASC (last minute order reviews which can result in higher cost), or (3) process serving (I found a better process server).

If we find something that may lead to a rejection, we attempt to call you to see if we can resolve before submission. We’re sorry that in this instance you had trouble returning our call. We do charge a premium for urgent service and apologize for the misunderstanding. When urgent service is selected your order is given our immediate attention.
