worst Support ever . they have disabled my account for a fake reason and nobody reply

Be careful. They're asking for a bunch of personal documents like ID cards and utility bills. Never had to do that for an employer, and the payment option confirms the identity already. The best thing is, they request it after you put a lot of effort in it to qualify for a project. The payment is also horrible, in my European country it's way under minimum salary, whilst asking for bilingual language skills and unpaid training. Should be at least! 40$ for a freelancer to make up for insurances, vacation, pension fund and tax. But it's not even one third of it. Better work for Aldi, it's better for your pocket, CV, social life and mental & physical health.

I was given an overall rate for underperformance, when I did not receive the said workload for a year.

I have been facing this issue over a year. Once I accidentally clicked on open dispute option while my payment status was "Ready to be paid" and since that my dispute is still in progress for about two months neither I am getting paid nor there is any option to end the dispute. My payment method , Payoneer, is active and connected with Oneforma. I emailed oneforma payment support several times but they did not even bother responding to the email. To get their attention, I even gave Oneforma a 1-star review on Google Playstore , but all on vain... My PO ID for transaction is 0531573. This website is definitely not recommended.

I would give it less than 1 star .Worst platform ever i just got banned after i created an account for the first time and messaging support for weeks no respond. don't use this platfrom

They are so random and time wasters

OneForma will not let you delete your account and data. It is impossible to verify my phone number for some reason, so I can't work tasks. I want to delete my account and data but the link they say they will send out for deleting your data, never arrives and no one from customer services reply. They have no email address, just a contact form that no one responds to. Their chat bot will say "repeat that" when you try to get help or contact them. Not allowing workers to delete their account and data is illegal. Please stay away from this super shady and awful company.

I have many doubts since I applied to that platform as a freelancer, and now I am confident that I should not have applied. Cancelling the contract could take more time away from me, but I am trying. In a word, fraud. Now my account at the international settlement institution is affected. Worst of the worst.
