Garbage company. Don't bother with them.

Do not get involved with this company! Looking into class action for everybody. Once you give them all your information and sign up for an account you cannot verify your phone and they block you from everything for suspicious activity when you have not even started. They ghost you and offer zero support. Please read all the reddits reviews on this company before signing up with them.

They are just collecting data from users, promising them to pay for tasks I have been with them for over a year now and have never started a project I applied for many projects and got the approval, I thought the recruitment process was slow, but apparently, they give you the actual task that they need to finish as pre-evaluation or training assignments so you end up working for them for free.

Their portal is written in bad English grammar which is funny because some of their jobs require "native English fluency" for translation. I found several errors. The portal is not robust and there is no help when things go wrong. I rate it third-world stars.

They blocked my account without any reason and the customer service is inexistent. They didn't reply to any of my emails and never bothered to fix the problem. Don't waste your time with them.

Complete waste of time. I’ve applied for, passed the certifications for, and been approved for three projects, and heard nothing from them since. Over a month of emailing the project manager and their support people, and absolutely no response. STAY AWAY!

If you have 3 times the amount of time to waste on training and figuring out their system then by all means sign up. After 1 week I finally decided to stop wasting my time. Once I saw they pay less than Canadian minimum salary for most jobs I deleted my account and will gladly continue working elsewhere as I was. This was a real time wasting adventure.
