The last place to work: Oneforma. Bad paid, I must made more then 100 audiofiles for under 40€. They want all from you and give from themself nothing.

Oneforma is a company that lures you in with promises of payment for training hours, but don't be fooled! They never actually pay you for the hard work you put in during these training periods. I spent countless hours on their tasks, thinking I would be compensated, but it never happened. They would just say you fail the test and you never know if you really fail. All my answer was based on their example and guideline, so how can it be wrong? Furthermore, they subject you to an endless barrage of tests, as if they don't trust your abilities. It's a complete waste of time and energy. Oneforma seems to have no respect for their freelancers and treats them like expendable resources. My experience with Oneforma has been a total nightmare, and I strongly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this unscrupulous company. There are plenty of better options out there that actually value your time and skills. Avoid Oneforma at all costs!

Did the job, didn't receive payment (or any acknowledgement of the work being completed). Contacted them multiple times without a response.

I have an account with them, after applying for a project called Milky Way and studying very hard their 300 page long guideline and passing their 2 certifications, with the OneForma Welcome Certification. I joined their Welcome Call and then got added to a Skype Group Chat. I thought I was moving up but no, they suddenly removed me out of their Skype Chat and sent me an email saying that they had too many applications. It took me a whole month to do all research and study and passed everything but they still refused my application. I don’t get it. why are they still posting that project at the moment?

Stay away from Oneforma. They disabled lately accounts of hundreds members without letting know the reason. They don't answer to emails. Some of of the freelancers (like me) have amount of money on their account that they didn't withdraw. Oneforma is really theft.

Oneforma aka Centific is the best company in wasting time. they urge the member to register and pass the assessment for the training, but the project itself named PECAN never started after 1 month. they don't even pay the member for the training. they said will start the project at the end of September 2023, but suddenly changed and it will delay until the beginning of 2024 without mention specific date. such a LIAR. this agency is super late payment typical company. i wish you bankrupt very soon

SCAM! Please stay away, they recruited me via upwork and seemed legit. Unfortunately, I was naive - no contract in place via upwork = never received money. I spent few hours performing translations for so called “Besesun” Chinese company and after reviewing, I got accused of cheating behaviour because one sentence according to them was translated incorrectly. Anyway, it was correct both ways - but who knows better? Apparently not a native speaker… It looks like I worked few hours for free, had to deal with arbitration process for my so called mistake and at the end regret every minute I spent dealing with this crap platform.

I have not had a good experience either. Seems they are collecting data only. Beware formerly known as Pactera Edge. Many have never been paid.. I have personally never even been given any real work. No real support. The entire system is AI generated look it up and they are probably just having people train it for free through the "testings" etc. They leave you waiting for weeks or months to really get no where. Complete waste of time and energy. If things change I am happy to adjust my review accordingly.
