Certification process is not supporting and is difficult to clear and just wasting of your precious time.

The level of incompetence and abuse is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Firstly, I have dedicated hours passing exams and applying, and never got a reply. The exams, particularly the language-certification ones, are poorly designed, seem to be automatically translated, are unrealistic, and do not reflect day-to-day usage of the language. How do I know? I am a polyglot and I usually take these exams in multiple languages and ironically failed in my own mother tongue (yet passed in others), so I have a clear benchmark. But honestly, that's not even the problem. The problem is after applying to say 20 of these, I finally get accepted to a project, got asked to free myself for 4–5 hours a day, which I did, read documents and prepare, which I did, attend meetings to learn best practices, and for 6 whole weeks, not a single piece of work! So I complained, nobody answered, complained again, no answer. Then I started applying to other projects that I got invited to, I noticed I would get initially accepted, then discarded for no logical reason, even though I am quite competent and have interesting language skills combination, that are not quite common, then it hit me that I was flagged or black listed or something because I complained about their incompetence! Not sure what exactly they are tracking, but they definitely track your IP address, that's why you need to be "at home" to be able to connect. What's worse is, they didn't even pay me the little money they owed me from the UHRS. Obviously there is an unmentioned expectation you would work for free, there are projects on the platform where you get trained to do unpaid work for the promise of a future project that who knows whether it will ever materialize. I am not sure how this is even legal, after investigating, I know I am not a one-off case. Ironically, the email oneforma left in the replying to this review to "take a look at my issues" is the one they don't reply to.

I've been on the site for awhile and haven't had any jobs. Never heard back from one of my applications or from support either.

Absolute nightmare of a company. I'll tell you guys why. I signed up for multiple freelance jobs, one I did, spent hours on it, completed it, was gonna get paid. 2 days ago I tried to sign, what do I see "account doesn't exist". I thought perhaps my password was wrong, so I tried again, I tried different browser, I was looking for a password reset (doesnt exist). So I e-mailed them, showed them proof I worked on a freelance project and was waiting to get paid. no response, It still says my account doesn't exist.. I feel f*cked over quite big. I've gotten multiple certificates via the website in order to work on said projects and other one's. 1 star due to the lack of communication and for somehow deleting my active account, when I logged in every week. If I was inactive for a year or so then, fine but not like this. I find it horrendous the way they treat people who actually worked on projects, plus they got all my personal information, name, number, address, so yes this gives a very weird feeling, and very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend trusting them, unless they reach out to me and actually respond to my email and find my 'missing' account. IF they do, Ill update this review.

I tried to work in this platform for months, i had email them to guide me (with proof attachment), but this platform is very very very slow respon. For a months, i am still got nothing.

In my opinion this is a cheat. They send you 20-25 documents about how the platform works. One has to read all of them until he or she finally finds out that the platform looks and functions a bit differently than described and information in these documentd is also at times contradictory. It is not clearly stated what the free tests are and how many of them you have to pass. And if you want to ask for help to have some issues cleared up, the only answer is that you have to read carefully what they have sent you. Meanwhile a lot of time has been invested into the tasks to be fulfilled which anyway will not be paid, as they are considered tests. So I regard this as voluntary work.

You cannot apply because of suspicious activity. Please visit our Help Center for possible reasons and further assistance. AND NOBODY HELPS!!!!!!

Terrible waste of my time and talent. Very sketchy, and I recommend you save yourself the disappointment 😞 .
