They deactivated my account without any mistake from my side. When I requested a review they asked for my documents, and all details to update my profile. I provided that all immediately yet they did not update any of data and not supporting at all for any query. They expect us to protect their files and client documents, discard it when not working. But they gathered all our data and not responding to any message now. If they don't intend to reactivate my account ever again, then they should provide me a chance to delete my account. I messaged them to delete my account but their team is not responding. They should either delete my account or provide me an option to delete my account. Otherwise they should not expect us to follow the policy and discarding their files. Case ID: #CAS-18318-K0S6J5 #CAS-23712-Q8R9S2 edit- This is not the first place we try to contact the support team. I have obviously mailed the support team on dedicated and above mentioned mail IDs multiple, to the review team also. But they Do Not reapond there, because it is not visible. Only here we got the timely response, hence we post it here.

My account was banned immediately after I provided my personal information. Since it seems that many other people have gone through the same thing, I am forced to conclude that this is more likely than not some sort of scam farm trying to steal people's identity documents. Be smarter than me and do not give them that information.

To address the concern directly: identity verification exists to protect contributors and their earnings, and to make sure accounts belong to the people using them. It's handled through a dedicated verification provider rather than by us, and the data is processed in line with our privacy policy and applicable data protection law. It isn't used for anything beyond confirming identity, and contributors can request deletion of their data at any time by writing to [email protected]. OneForma is part of Centific, a global company working with enterprise clients, and thousands of contributors complete projects and are paid through the platform. On accounts being restricted after verification: this does happen, and for security reasons we're not able to share the details behind individual decisions, which we understand is unsatisfying when you're on the receiving end of it. Each case is assessed individually by our Account Review team. I worked for Oneforma, they don't pay. You will work on a project , and when its near payment period, your account will be terminated, then left to beg for your payment between project manager who will ignore your emails and the payment support

We want to be straightforward with you: accounts are not terminated to avoid paying anyone, and work that has been completed and approved is owed regardless of an account's status. Where an account is flagged and closed, it's for reasons tied to platform or project requirements, and the payment question is handled separately from it. That doesn't help you unless your specific case actually moves, which is the part that matters here. Please reply with your case or ticket reference, or message us on any of our social channels with the email tied to your OneForma account and the project name, and we'll take it directly to the payment support team so someone has to look at it rather than it sitting in a queue. We'd rather resolve this than leave it unanswered here.

Hi Joy, sorry for the rough start, that shouldn't be how registration goes. If your account can't be found after registering, it's usually one of two things: the registration didn't fully complete, or the account exists under a different email than the one you're signing in with. Both are fixable. Try signing in with the exact email you registered with and check your inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation email from us. If neither works, message us on any of our social channels with the email you used, and we'll have it checked on our end so you can actually get started.

I should read this reviews before. I invested a significant amount of time in the training modules. However, when I attempted to access the exam, I suddenly received a message indicating suspicious activity, and my account was closed. One moment I was navigating the course, and the next, upon trying to start the exam, my account was terminated. I was using the exact same connection and login credentials throughout the entire session. After checking the reviews for this platform, everything makes sense now. This has been a complete waste of time. So frustrating...

Hi Andrés, we're sorry, putting real hours into the training modules and then losing access right at the exam is a genuinely bad experience, and your frustration is fair. The "suspicious activity" flag is automated and triggers on patterns our system reads as a risk, which sometimes catches people who have done nothing wrong at all. It isn't a judgement made about you personally, and it's not always final. What it does need is a human to look at the actual session and see what tripped it. Please email the Account Review Team with the address tied to your account and roughly when this happened, so they can check what triggered the flag and whether it can be reversed. I'm from Jamaica. My first account froze during setup so I created a second account with the same details and my account got restricted for duplicate. I also tried to do my ID verification and it says it's not verifying. My case is 10000125. I'm really, really interested in working and I'm waiting for the Account Review team to check my case. What you've described is a common sequence: when a second account is created with the same details, our system automatically flags it as a duplicate and restricts it, since each contributor can only hold one account. That's also very likely why the ID verification isn't going through. It's not a judgement on you, and it can be sorted out, it just needs the Account Review Team to unlink the duplicate and restore the right account.
