Unfortunately I have to report the bad experience I had recently with this company. I am a hard worker and before that an honest person, and this has always been recognized in all my academic and working experiences. Until now, when I received a treatment I don't deserve it, being accused of something I didn't do it. I've been working for this company for years, and I thought it was a good company where the merits are recognized and the hard work awarded. Yes, there are cons that sometimes you need to face, but it's part of the game. But after all the hard work I did, the effort, the sacrifices, the hours spent studying, passing demanding certifications and delievering high quality work (and all this always with enthusiasm and dedication), they accused me of something I didn't do it, even I don't know it, and moreover not giving me the chance to reply, to talk with someone and being listened and to prove that I didn't do anything, just using standardized email and then ignoring me. After all the months spent in this project, I was left with this injustice and this really disappoints me, because it's something I don't deserve. All the good work I've always done for this company isn't worth anything. And beign treated as something I am not is something I didn't think I could experience in such an international environment like this. And what makes it worse is that they acted as I wasn't a person, just a number among the others. They should remember that behind that pc there is a human being. So I had to reconsider my opinion of this company. I can't accept it because I didn't do anything but they don't care, they are always right and you are wrong. I regret this situation and I feel like a fool who spent all this time working professionally to receive such a behaviour. If this is the result of having always worked so hard and professionally, it's a massive disappointment.

I attended MilkyWay Project, omg such a waste of time. They expect you to study some really long documents with lots of details. Then you take two exams with 70/100 score threshold. If you are able to pass those two exams you take the final one via TryRating expected score of 85/100. It’s so easy to fail with that too many details. They expect you to evaluate a map accuracy even if it is not your home country. You put so much hope and effort without payment and getting nothing. Highly, hugely not recommended.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OneForma is a bot run company without real people working there. That's the only explanation since I've never ever gotten a response to my emails. I've passed countless qualifications only to have the respective projects in stand by indefinitely. No one ever communicates with you. Forget OneForma and instead use platforms like Appen and Wellocalize.

Incredibile, dopo circa 2 anni di proficua collaborazione in diversi progetti e tante certificazioni ottenute dopo avere studiato e sostenuto esami vari, il mio account viene disattivato perché divenuto improvvisamente "sospetto" solo perché avevo dimenticato di disattivare la VPN durante il login mentre stavo svolgendo contemporaneamente altre attività online. E dire che in un primo momento, dopo aver contattato l'assistenza, il mio account era stato nuovamente attivato, ma ecco che poche ore dopo è stato di nuovo disattivato in automatico stavolta senza alcun reale motivo che giustifichi presunte violazioni delle loro linee guida. Dopo diverse email inviate nuovamente all'assistenza, si degnano di rispondere solo dopo due settimane dicendo che ormai la loro decisione di chiudere il mio account è diventata definitiva. E, tanto per aggiungere un tocco tragicomico surreale, contemporaneamente il Project Manager di turno mi contatta per coordinarsi con me per un progetto che era in corso... e in più mi arriva poi dalla stessa piattaforma un avviso che mi dice che il pagamento relativo al mese scorso non può essere portato a termine perché mancano i miei dati di riferimento...

Hello World! I have created an account, did some surveys and tooks some certification tests successfully on the platform. It was good. However, one day unknowingly I had a VPN on and tried to log in but I got disabled. From that day on, I have sent a ton of emails and messages to the LinkedIn page of the platform, but there is no support system actaully as it seems. Given that I recieved a job this morning on the platform and need to log in to my account to begin, but I do not have access to my account, it made me think that there is not actually support system. It took 10 emails and 7 days of my issue, but there is no response yet.

Olá pessoal, tive uma experiência não muito positiva no OneForma. Tentei ser aprovado no projeto Lighthouse, fiz todos os testes iniciais de idioma e outro de perguntas e consegui passar, com alguma dificuldade. Após ser aprovado nessa etapa, me mandaram uns materiais (guidelines) para estudar pra 3 certificações, sendo a primeira eliminatória de idioma. O objetivo era atestar se eu sou fluente no meu próprio idioma nativo. Estudei todos os guidelines (me dediquei muito e por horas, deixando meu "tempo livre" para me dedicar), assisti 1 hora de vídeo explicativo em inglês. Fiz a primeira tentativa de duas e não passei na primeira certificação, fiquei frustrado, pedi feedback para saber onde podia ter falhado, não me deram. Mas tinha outra tentativa, pensei "vamos em frente". Estudei novamente os guidelines, tenho certeza que entendi tudo o que estava sendo explicado. Quando fiz a segunda tentativa, tinha certeza que estava respondendo corretamente, fiz, conferi com o guidelines cada questão proposta (20 no total), mesmo tendo convicção de que estava marcando as opções corretas nas respostas, falhei novamente. A frustração foi muito grande, pedi novamente feedback e disseram que não tinham como me dar um feedback personalizado. Enfim, não sei o motivo de não terem me aprovado, mas foi no mínimo muito estranho e bastante frustrante. Gastei meu tempo, recursos, me dediquei e não tive êxito e nem fui compensado financeiramente por isso. Não sei se são uma empresa séria ou não, mas essa experiência não desejo pra ninguém. Façam a sua própria análise com base no que escrevi e com base na minha experiência vivida. Obrigado.

I have since finished and passed the milky way certifications and yet, no jobs, no reply from the customer care as I have reached out to them

I got an Email to be careful to follow the policies, but i never made any account in oneforma. I didnt know this Company before the Email. So pls remove my account if its existing. I am german an had to traslate the Email, because i didnt understand it. Why should i make an account on a platform i dont understand?
