Support is non-existent; you better pray you never have an issue with your payment, because they do not EVER reply to emails or move a finger to help you solve them. I am owed 2 months of work and almost 400 dollars since May. I've tried contacting them multiple times to no avail. Now, my old invoices no longer show up on their new, redesigned website. Stay away from this website, or at the very least, take only low-paying jobs because if there are any problems, they will not do anything about it. EDIT: After a year and a half, they have finally paid me. Still no reply to my e-mails; I assume they just caught up on the backlog.

Gran cantidad de proyectos, sí, pero con proyectos que expiran en menos de un mes (para aplicar)... donde muchas veces pasas y no hay respuesta de vuelta, a pesar de que se tengan las habilidades. He podido contribuir activamente en un proyecto reciente, y lo agradezco, pero a pesar de que han habido ingresos y comunicación activa, muchas veces esta misma no es asertiva (emails de proyectos sin mis habilidades), generando falsas expectativas, desmotivando al usuario en dar con una aguja en un pajar.

I have been working on MilkyWay for over a year now with France as my location. I have had no issues regarding my account until now. Suddenly, my account has been disabled due to suspicious activity, which baffles my mind. I work in the same conditions in my home since I started and I have never used a VPN (I don't even know how to use one). I have contacted support several times since this occurred and there has not been any reasonable feedback There is still work available and I don't know whether to stop or continue because I am wondering if I am going to paid after all the work I have done for this month of June. I see that there are a lot of such similar experiences from other reviews. How is this happening to such a reputable company?

Account is banned with suspicious activation, and wrote email to ask but no reply received. hope i will still receive payment that I done the job for before the deactivation

I spend 4 hours on quizzes and received 0$ as no tasks available (studied and passed them all). I have 18 certifications passed on the portal and they are useless. 0 communication about the dates, available work or score after the exam. Waste of time. Also they have a lot of issues in the portal like links with guideless are not work etc.

Extremely poor support with disappointing communication. Despite claiming to be an American company, the support staff's English is difficult to understand, and they are unable to provide a simple answer regarding when the invoice will be generated.

Today I received a disturbing email warning from OneForma not to violate the Confidentiality Agreement, as you can understand this has worried me quite a bit because I have not done such a thing, but when I contacted your "support" page I found that you do not respond, even though I have sent messages both by contact email and by your page. I only work with one client on your platform, and it was to this client that I reported (as appropriate) 4 days ago, an anomaly in a contact email between both parties, after which, I received the warning email. I have been working with OneForma since May of last year without any inconvenience until now, but this aspect of attention to claims and complaints leaves much to be desired.
