Hi, we’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with your account. For security reasons, accounts flagged for “suspicious activity” need to be reviewed by the Account Review team. Please contact them directly at [email protected] so they can manually review your case. They are currently experiencing technical issues, which has caused delays, but once resolved, they will continue reviewing pending cases. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
