A warning to all freelancers: Trapped funds and fake public support.
Do not fall for OneForma's public replies on this website. If you see them responding to reviews claiming "we always pay" and telling users to "contact our support teams to get this sorted," please know it is a complete facade to deceive the public and maintain a good image. I am currently dealing with a nightmare. They are withholding almost $300 of my money for work that they already officially approved. My Payoneer account was disabled, causing the payment to fail. At the exact same time, OneForma disabled my account, completely locking me out of their platform. I physically cannot log in to fix my payment method. I have contacted every single support channel and department they suggest countless times over a long period. I have begged for a manual transfer to my PayPal. The result? Zero human intervention. They just send the exact same automated bot template telling me to "log in" to fix the issue. They are perfectly aware of the infinite loop I am trapped in, but they simply do not want to pay. They use these public review platforms to pretend they care and redirect you to their support teams, knowing full well those teams will just ignore you or send you automated junk. Withholding approved earnings is unacceptable. Until a real human manually processes my funds, my warning stands: stay away from this company.

Hello Wallace, Thank you for laying this out, and we completely understand the frustration — being locked out of your account while a Payoneer issue blocks an approved payment creates a loop you can't resolve on your own, and "just log in" is no help when login is the exact thing that's unavailable. We'd genuinely like to help break that loop rather than send you back through the same channels. If you're willing to share the email address tied to your account with us by DM, we can flag your case internally to both the Account Review and Payment Support teams, with the specific note that you're unable to update your payment method because the account is disabled. To be clear, approved work does get paid — and we want to make sure yours reaches you. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this. 😊
