BIG SCAM - Don’t pay attention to the 5 star reviews below. They also seem off . I called regarding my booking and a woman answered the phone and then transferred me to a man. The interaction immediately felt off. When I tried to ask a question about my reservation, the man became upset and abruptly hung up on me. The entire exchange felt very unprofessional and left me feeling skeptical about the legitimacy of this booking.

They took my elderly mom’s money when she booked the ticket, and then later told her that she might not even be able to fly out the same day if Southwest overbooks the flight. If that happens, they said my mom will not get her refund. This is extremely unfair and misleading. People should know the risk before booking with this company. We expected a confirmed ticket, not a situation where the airline could deny boarding and we lose the money. Be careful before using this service. They are from another country people that are rude and hung up on us twice.
