The scooter has been great and the support from the company also extremely helpful. We’ve had a couple of issues, but they respond quickly and helped fix the problem both times.

Scooter is amazing very well built exceeds expectations

Scooter is not smooth to ride with both wheels activated. Very choppy and feels like they are fighting while in-transit. You can see this with the MPH too, it will drop 2-3 MPH at times. The scooter will jerk, so be sure to hold on. I have 50 miles on the scooter and run it wide open each usage. It has only hit 40MPH twice, both times on a decline.

GT7 was a great purchase. Design and performance outstanding.

The absolute best first time scooter to get I bought the GT9 and let me tell you worth every penny. The company stands behind their product and that makes me more sure that I made the right decision. Like everything else I had no idea what most the mode were in the menu. Let’s just say I started changing everything not knowing I was messing with all the settings after giving up and thinking I broke my scooter, their great customer service brought it back to normal without making me feel bad about my mistake. I would always recommend this company and if they make a more faster product I would definitely be interested until then ima enjoy this one. Thank you ONECNA!!! You guys rock 🤘

My GT7 has exceeded my expectations bigtime! Very fast, great torque, and built like like its for military use! Angela from support was right on answering any questions I had fast and very polite. This scooter for $899 is worth double that easy. I highly recommend these scooters, and the company itself!!!

I just received my gt7 and am loving it. Way faster than then I go . But the most Impressive thing is the customer service. I had in issue, I wrote a small note and the next day they had me back up and scooting around town again. Awesome scooter and awesome company. Matt

It's a great scooter. It's really fast looks flashy. Has great acceleration is very durable and shock absorption is phenomenal. I also like the lights in the deck and the fact that it comes with brake and turn signals and headlights. High quality product and I am glad that I made the purchase highly recommend
