My boyfriend is part of the scooter gang at work so he needs his scooter to operate efficiently. His control panel broke so I ordered the kit from ONECNA. I reached out via email to ensure I had the right one and they got back to me in a timely manner. They even sent me a $20 off coupon. Considering the kit was over $285 the coupon pretty much took care of the shipping cost. 😂 l didn’t realize the parts were coming from China but they still arrived pretty quickly and in tact. I would definitely purchase parts from them again! Thanks!

Great powerful and amazing scooter even better after support for issues

The scooter is great. The build quality is good. Not as fast as advertised but more than fast for me. The problem I have is the scooter maybe three months old and the charge only goes to 66.3 not the 67.2 . I don't ride it much, only 80 miles. When I do ride it discharge normally don't die quick or anything like that. This is my first escooter, only e-bikes before. Is this normal.

Just for the record i already own 8 of these onecna GT9 scooters mostly purchased off amazon. ride them with friends and family all over. love the Original GT9. im lookin to buy another scooter for a teen age grandkid. amazon is out of stock so i try the onencna website and the chat lady Angela up sales me on the GT9PRO. Big mistake for me i buy this scooter totally thinking its an upgrade, paid more for it cause it wasnt available yet. HORRIBLE It is not faster. Battery weak. it seems to cut out if you hit any little bump or crack in the road or side walk. looses power. steering seems really stiff and sticks dead middle so you cant hold it there little to the right or little to the left but no straight forward. scary at hi speeds whips side to side. i try to settle this with the chat lady, major run around long winded text messages restock fees, shipping fees, depreciation fees. Bottom line im stuck with the GT9PRO. Ive tried every way of begging and sweet talking these people. no go. they wont have it. best advice DO NOT BUY A GT9 PRO. you will be disappointed. I just wanted to trade for the less expensive GT9 i was gonna buy to start with. All bad. Original GT9 still worth every penny. GT9 PRO is a SCAM

Honestly. After use its fine but it came deffective company thinks it has todo with the deck and said theyll reimburse the technician However we dont have a tech that'll do it So hopefully we get a return on this Gt9 Pro. Certainly not worth keeping if the company doesnt want to even try to help you, much less jerk you around for 2 weeks and still not even offer a resolution. I refuse to wait any longer on a email and Ill just look into something more reliable The stand-up the hyper scooter market is Highly unreliable. The company has Zero number support. entirely through Their email. Hope anyone looking into hyper scooters looks at a different market. It was good for what it needed todo but its unrealistic to keep and self maintained if it has a deffective display unit.
