One WirexappReviews of one.wirexapp.com

I dunno, I really wanted to like this card. But it somehow feels like an old corporate application, instead of a fun to use and easy to love app. Other than that, the Good: - High Volume platform, trusted by many (Check Paymentscan) - Up to 8% cashback (but entry level is 0.5% with $25 monthly cap, and to get 8% you will need to have a portforlio of at least $50k) - Virtual Accounts in your name in EUR, USD and GBP. - 0% foreign exchange fee (but hm. Card is EUR-denominated, what if I have USDC on my account and spend in Dubai? Will it go USDC>USD>EUR>AED? I am confused, on whether fx will be applied or not. the Bad: - I don’t like the card being EUR-denominated, while many limits and reward caps are stated in USD, it’s all non-uniform and confusing. - Physical Card is only available with $500+ deposit - Limited geos supported, mainly EU-focused - Built on debit-card rails, unlike most large crypto cards built on credit card rails. - Poor customer service, but I am still testing that. Overall, if you’re in EU, you will probably like this card. For me, primarily USDC user, I want to have USD-denominated card that’s built on credit card rails, not a debit card. That way more merchants accept it and I can use it to pre-auth hotels, car rentals, gas stations etc. p.s. I am biased to not like Wirex too much, since I owned 2 of their Node Licenses, and when WirexOne launched, my nodes were deactivated and that was the end of me earning $WPAY.

As other users have already mentioned, there appears to be a significant issue with the WirexOneplatform. The virtual card issuance feature is not working, and customer support has neither provided clear guidance nor resolved the problem. For a platform that promotes itself as reliable, this experience is extremely disappointing. Customers expect essential services to function properly and, when issues arise, to receive timely and helpful support. I am also surprised that the company does not seem to be responding to user complaints on Trustpilot. The lack of communication only adds to the frustration and raises concerns about the level of customer care being provided. Not to mention the impact this has on customers' trust in WirexOne. A reliable financial platform should prioritize transparency, responsiveness, and effective problem resolution to maintain user confidence.
