Not even a one star. I signed up for their plumbing in home emergency plan for leakage and drainage. I had a pipe burst during subzero temps and had a plumber come out right away that was recommended by my city water dept since my house is old and sits on a slab. After repair I called concourse and they were rude and basically told me I am out of luck if I file a claim. They were the worst most unhelpful unempathic group Ive ever known. Dont waste you money.

I have had the worst customer service from Oncourse. My account was overpaid $257. I have tried to be reimbursed since Nov 2025. The agents have stated many things and they were all misleading or incorrect. The last called I made was on February 26, I was told that the request was being escalated and I should receive within 4 weeks, that again is unacceptable. That was the 5th time I was informed the check is in the mail with in 4 weeks. I do not believe the check will be in the mail. I have been with Pivotal before its was Oncourse over 30yrs. and never missed a payment. This is the worst experience I have ever had with this company. Since I have not receive my refund I know longer need to do business with your company.

I have been waiting for a reimbursement check. All I get is the run around as to when I should have received it. the paper work was sent to u January 27 or 28. I received an email stating it was approved in February and would receive auto deposit within 2 to 5 days. It is now March. Guess what NO deposit. Everytime I call all I get r different responses from one of the agents. VERY disappointed

They are the worse, they don't cover anything over $50 and I have the whole house gold program!!! When I cancelled they still charged me as usual and said it was for the previous month.

This company is full of people wants to take your monthly but when comes to having service called they find excuses not to service. First call I made after over a year with no calls, I was sent company to repair my boiler, guy came from Max air. He took the defective part off and when try to install new part he could not figure out the wiring. He had to call other guy to figure out the wiring, this company was at my house from 4pm till 9 pm for a simple job. They ended up doing half job problem was not resolved. I requested another service request the guy came and lubricate the part and left. Problem was still not address. I called service request the 3rd time guy came and said everything is working fine and left. We still have zone valve stuck and I have to turn the valve off manually I request another call the 4th time and it’s been over 5 days I have test to hear back. Some supervisor from IL called left me voice mail stating I have wrong plan wants me to call him back. I called him 4 times left him 2 voice mail’s I have yet to hear back from him. When comes time to get paid they have no problem. Sending someone to address the issues correctly. Companies come out and don’t do the work correctly.

Please for your mental health stay far away from this company. I've paid premiums for over a decade through my gas utility in Michigan and finally had an issue with a washing machine and filed a claim. The initial technician that was sent out indicated that they would order a part and come back in a couple of days for a repair. Oncourse denied the claim indicating the unit was not repairable - after the technician THEY sent out said it could be repaired. They sent out a second tech and the then denied the claim. Their "solution" was upgrading me to a "better" plan for $69.99/mo. so they could send me a small check to assist with a replacement. Save your money - you are better off self-insuring because their premiums will result in far more expense than replacing yourself. I posted the same review on the BBB site and Oncourse offered an email to address my concerns. The response to my email was to call and discuss. I called and was told I'd receive a return call which I never did.

My mom opened a claim (on a Friday) for her broken microwave. She was assigned a vendor and told she would receive a call back in 1-3 hours. She didn't receive a call. Followed up with Oncourse on Saturday morning. They said she would receive a call sometime that day but provided the vendor's phone number to call them if she didn't get the call. The phone number is out of state and no one answers. I called Oncourse back and they said the vendor doesn't work on the weekends and there's nothing they could do, so call the vendor on Monday. This is another junk home warranty company that doesn't take any responsibility for resolving customer issues. I had to update this in the hopes that it'll actually show up on Trust Pilot. It turns out that the vendor that Oncourse "scheduled" for the repair was an HVAC company in Texas (my Mom's in Ohio). That company was good enough to call me back to let me know (1) they're an HVAC company that doesn't do appliance repairs, (2) they don't work with Oncourse Home Solutions and have never heard of them, and (3) they don't do any home warranty work. As to Oncourse's reply, they didn't reach out to me or my mom. But they did send my mom a bill in February 2026 with no information about what it's for. Complete scam.

I have been with this company for a while now. The few times they mess up, taking double payment out of my account, it is never rectified. I never get the payment back. I get told it would be credit to my account and still that never happens. They still continue to take the money out of my account even though I am supposed to have a credit. This has happened to me two too many times. This time I just decided to cancel my account. If you can't return what has been taken extra out of my account and you don't even credit my account, as I've been told, then I no longer what to do business with you any longer.
