Customer service was lacking
The plumber was great!! I had issues with the call center. They assigned a contractor that ended up not accepting the job. The call center never followed up to let me know. Once I contacted the plumber and he let me n ow they canceled, ai contacted the call center again. They re-assigned a plumber and they also cancelled the request. Still the call center did not notify me for a second time. The client experience was very negative for me.
