Washer Repair
It would have been better if we wouldn’t have had to wait for over a week to get somebody out here. Then we did and he didn’t have the part. Then another week waiting. But the guy who installed it was fantastic

Ross & Team were great.
The service rep assigned to us (Ross) was a HUGE help in our experience with Oncourse Home Solutions as were the two repairmen that installed our new Carrier unit. The 3 of them made this process easier than how it all began. KUDOS GUYS!!!!! Our only complaint, the hours of waiting on hold & miscommunication by customer service.

Rude , correction, & happy customer
When I first called the guy on the phone was rude. I called back the next day, and got a person who was super nice, and got things set up for me. The next day I had a follow up call from a manager apologizing for the rude experience I had. I was given a month of service for free. Great job on making sure the customer comes first, not many companies do that anymore.

Friendly and efficient
Friendly and efficient. Only wished his shoes would not have left tracks though house to garage. It was not a big problem and easily cleaned. I didn’t say anything because I knew he wasn’t aware he was leaving tracks.
