Satisfied customer
The technician arrived on time and was professional. Although he was unable to fix our washer, he determined that we could receive the stipend for use towards a new washer - we received the check in a timely manner and have replace the washer. This was a good experience.

The technician was very friendly and great with explaining the problem. Sam kept me up dated on the part that needed to be order and when it would arrive, also timely setting up next appointment to install new part.

Serviceman was timely and courteous. Machine could not be fixed even tho he had reordered a new part.
