Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're glad to hear that you were content with our service over the years. We strive to be transparent with our customers and regret any confusion you've encountered. To clarify, our policy ensures that plans are never automatically converted from free to paid; such a change requires an active choice by the user. This approach is designed to prevent any surprises regarding billing and to keep you in control of your subscription choices. Regarding the downgrade process, our policy of requiring a new account to switch to a 'Basic' plan from a paid subscription is in place to prevent abuse and plan hopping, except for a one-time allowance to downgrade at the end of the trial period. This approach helps ensure users don't exploit premium features temporarily without a long-term commitment, & it maintains the integrity of complex configurations and services designed for our paid plans. We appreciate your feedback, it is crucial for us to improve.

Hi Lily, we still offer our free Starter plan, just with some new limitations. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] if you would like us to re-enable any booking pages at no cost during the transition phase. Many thanks, Elva.
