Like many other Americans, we ran into tax problems, and it was a very stressful and scary experience. As a real estate broker, I'm pretty good at navigating contracts and stating my case, but I felt outmatched in dealing with the IRS. The rate they charged me seemed reasonable. They quickly assembled the documents that we needed, and they engaged quickly with the IRS. Michael and his team were very responsive, either answering my calls directly or returning a call or email within an hour or two. They gave us good advice and were experts at navigating the bureaucratic mess that is the IRS. Within a couple of months, they had negotiated a settlement and saved us almost $15,000 in interest and penalties. Now our tax problems are resolved and we are able to take a big sigh of relief. We had problems paying taxes. We just wanted getting behind on them. We forgot to send out reports and everything started falling apart. The IRS agent that we dealt with was ruthless!
