OmniPrint International Deceived Me... I researched every DTG printer that I could find and was able to negotiate a purchase from OmniPrint International in April 2023. Receiving the printer was the only highlight of this whole deal because since April I have not been able to print t-shirts or film transfers. OmniPrint International says I don't know how to use the printer even though I use one of my friends' 330TX with no problem (my friend can't print on my faulty printer either). I am still asked to pay the monthly cost and repairs for a printer that was bad out of the box. Help! Anyone!

I bought a freejet 330TX. If you don’t want to struggle with a company that cares nothing about you and your money please go somewhere else. They are so good to sell but once you need them they won’t be there. I email them every day to help me fix my printer and no reply. I call every single day and the receptionist is nice and all but she’s obviously doing what she’s told, “the tech will call you or email you soon” and that never happens. Fixing this printer is not cheap for them to treat their customers this way. No sort of respect for their customers. Me waiting for them to get back at me I’ve lost so many customers that didn’t want to wait and went with someone else. I have many emails and calls to them I wish I knew all this before giving them my money. I would have gone with a more caring company and brand. Omniprint NOT RECOMMENDED!

I read some of these reviews and I just have to say... I have been using OmniPrint printers and their ink for 5 years, I have been in the printing business for 23 years and often see new business owners and startup buy these expensive printers and think its one of those desk printers you buy from Office Depot. These are serious printers and need to be maintained. I had to take several classes to learn how to actually keep my printer runner smooth. I have Epson, Brother, and Omni. OmniPrint is an American company and I will also support it.

Bought a DTF last month, when they say they will train you, they mean they will truly train you. I had an amazing 4 hours zoom training call with Michael who was thorough and patient. and the best part is that it was part of the package.

Same as the rest of these. Folks are nice, machine is just not worth it. I have had the machine less than a year, it is a money pit and will never return on investment. The latest hangup is due to their software not being compatible with a Windows 11 update. They offer to troubleshoot you with complicated instructions, just seems ridiculous how user unfriendly everything always seems to be. Worst purchase I have ever made, not even close.

The only reason why I give this an extra star is because when it works, the shirts look damn nice! That being said... The support really is as bad as you've heard. My story is nothing new. My printer took a dump about 6 months ago and I just haven't had the time or care to get it working again. Great investment 🤬🤬🤬 Wish I read the forums and reviews before buying this from someone that was out of the shirt printing business. I should have seen the writing on the wall that this was going to consume my life and frustrate me to no end. They wanted several thousand just to train and transfer the warranty to me. I was going back and forth with a support person and told them they don't support their customers... He had the damn nerve to say technically I'm not their customer because I bought it used from someone else. That sums up how they treat their "customers"

I dont where to begin. I had my less than 4 mos when it stopped working. Omni just want me to buy a bunch of parts that they didn't even go over everything to determine what was wrong, just offered up 700.00 worth of parts. I only wish I had seen ALL of the terrible reviews before I bought it in mid 2022. I spent nearly 30k and guess what, from what I know now, this will be an on going money pit.
