Luis Martinez was very much helpful on helping me get to learn about the choke on my Omniprint DTF machine. My prints are coming out awesome with no white bleeds. I’ll recommend him to anyone that needs assistance.

I am brand new to DTF and DTG so I had tons of questions, and I also ran into some tricky issues along the way. I had Yasir Cajina as my guide along the way, and he was incredible! At every step along the way he was patient, very knowledgeable, and always eager to help. Without his help I would not have been able to get to where I am now. Thank you, Yasir! Keep up the great work!

We want to express our gratitude for the expertise training received from Isaac Dumas Sanchez. He completed a training session last week with my husband. He did an amazing job explaining and being very patient. Training in the untraditional style can present challenges for one that is old school (my husband) but after spending time with Isaac; he is more comfortable about the embroidery machine. I know we were asked to complete the rating the day of but I like to include the transfer of knowledge measurement in my review. From what I observed during the training and following, my husband is not an expert but feels more confident in applying what he learned during the session with Isaac. We look forward to continuously learning. With experts like Isaac I am confident my husband will become proficient in time. Thank you!
