Omnipod has enabled me to control my diabetes for the first time in 15 years to a point where diabetes has little to no impact on my day to day life. My only complaint is that it is not Subsidised. Prior to using omnpod i had a quadruple bypass & Ckd, potential reduction in medical costs should make this viable!

I have contacted OmniPod customer service numerous times over the years on behalf of my child's system, and I have been welcomed, understood, and taken care of each time. I never wrote reviews because I took each time as my win and moved on, not recognizing the representative time, patience, and care. Not this time!!! I want to thank my OmniPod representative for a job well done. The customer support team member listened, understood, and was able to get our supplies out and delivered in less then 23 hours. My child had 3 pods left and our insurance was serving our chain. I called, explained, and their compassionate team sent us 3 additional pods to last until our DME company delivered his 90 day supplies, which we got 5 days after I had called. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I cannot confirm all the bad experiences people are facing dealing with the Insulet/Omnipod customer service. I do have a couple of issues from time to time with some of the pods but Im very happy with the service and the folks on the phone. Maybe Im just lucky and always catch the right people but getting a replacement for a nonfunctional pod is no issue at all. Whether I contact via phone or simply on their webpage. Even when I need the next delivery a little earlier this works perfectly fine. Called them yesterday and received my next delivery and replacement pods less than 24h later. So great service and not much more I can expect! Thanks Insulet / Omnipod for supporting with your service!

I was actually shocked when I went on here and saw all the bad reviews - that’s not been my experience at all. I’m on the Dashh and whilst I do occasionally have pod failures (although this is rare for me) they’ve been replaced without any issues when I’ve reported it. My PDM stopped working last night and I called customer service, hung up 22:27 and at 01:15 a courier knocked on the door and delivered a new PDM (this is unbelievably good service?!). The reordering process has mostly been very smooth for me (done over phone or online form, delivered very promptly either the next day or 3-4 days later). The only exception was one time where I called to order but for some reason the order never went through (?) and when I called again a couple of days later after realising I never received a confirmation email a new order was placed and sent. I always order new pods after opening the last box of pods (meaning 8-10 pods left). For reference I live in the UK (London) and a lot of these negative reciews seem to come from US customers, so perhaps the customer service over there is not as good.

First spoke to someone last night who was extremely patient and helped as much as they could including next steps if that didnt resolve it issue. As it still wasn't resolved due to further problems, I spoke to someone else this morning as instructed and they were extremely helpful and resolved the issue. Both were very friendly and professional! The problem I had was my pod wouldn't connect with my receiver, tried everything to get it to reconnect but it wouldn't so I changed the pod, then it wouldn't connect to the sensor. Long story short, the old pod was still ticking out insulin and I was advised to put it in tinfoil and put in another room... and it worked!

My wife is on holiday with my daughter in Amsterdam, we think they had the PDM stolen (pickpockets). I rang Insulet and explained the situation and that we needed a replacement device as they were traveling back to the UK in the morning, after giving my security answers and answering a few more questions they informed me they would be shipping one out to my address. Less than 2 hours later the device was in my hand, I was very impressed. When they get back to the UK in the morning we'll be back on track. Thanks to the guy who dealt with my original request and the other guys that followed up with a rough time of arrival
