LIES— MISINFORMATION leading on the customers for the sake of your business. I first filed my complaint the end of July. On SEPT. 10 I get yet ANOTHER response telling me to contact customer service as them to take this complaint along with the response on trust pilot and they will review all information and get back to me and they NEVER DO ANYTHING…….. your policy says refunds only for unopened product….. you sold me an order of 3 bags….. I returned them ALL 3 UNOPENED and OMNI refunded only for 2 and my question has always been WHY!!!!!! When I timely returned 3 unopened bags did you only refund 2????? The order was for 3 bags that which you have documents proving the transaction time and time again and you still do nothing? So you make it a practice to steal customers money and you think that’s good business???? It’s FRAUD….. it’s DISHONEST….. No INTEGRITY……. It’s LYING and STEALING??? Do you make your money by stealing it from your customers??? Why can I not get compliance from your company???? UPDATE: Feel free to discuss my information publically because you don’t discuss it privately………. Emails again and again do NO GOOD……. You simply continue with the same message…. Making yourself look like you’re doing something and you do nothing and it takes weeks to get a reply, with customer service like this you don’t deserve to be in business ….. but I will ONCE AGAIN send an email with your response to the original email feed….. I’ve done my part every single solitary time I’ve done everything you e asked and you still hold my full refund in abeyance….. not sure how this company can formulate anything for people to ingest when you can’t even service a simple refund, when indeed the refund was done to your policy. You say you only refund 2 bags at one time???? Seems weird when you sell them in a 3 unit single sale, makes absolutely no sense doing business in such a shady way with positively no integrity.
