They have me on a subscription. I didn’t check the subscription box. Now they have charged my cc without any warning and without any product. I was going to reorder but I DO NOT DO SUBSCRIPTIONS. So i will find some place else to order my creatine.

Very Frustrated with customer service and dissatisfied with the product. I purchased the OMNI Creatine gummies which had too much sugar and tasted awful! I expected an easy-to-cancel trial but my experience was been very poor. I tried to utilize their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee but I was charged for an automatic refill every 4 weeks even though I thought I placed a one-time order. I got 3 bags of the product. The third bag I refused so they had to refund the full amount The first bag they sent me a return label minus $8 for a handling fee. Yet they did not address the 2nd bag I needed to return as well. Customer service gave me the run around on multiple emails claiming they didn't understand since I had gotten the 2 refunds. I would not recommend buying from this company unless they fix their customer support and billing transparency. Buyer beware!!!!

Hi Gail, We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify that subscriptions are not activated automatically without a customer selecting the subscription option during checkout. Customers can choose between a one-time purchase and a subscription. Subscription details are presented during checkout, and customers can manage or cancel their subscriptions through their account portal. We understand your frustration and regret that our communication did not provide the clarity you expected. We take your concerns seriously and remain available at [email protected] to help resolve any outstanding issues.

They were not clear about my order also included a subscription. They sold me 2 months worth then shipped agin after the first month. I attempted to return it but they only wanted to refund me 50%. Their customer service is an AI agent and was not helpful. After refusing the shipment I contacted my credit card company to help me fight them. After 2 months AMEX was able to help me get my money back. Its an ok product but much easier to take a scoop of powder.
