I looved my purchase but it wasn't exactly what I expected - I should have asked more questions. They were upfront and honest with me. I left the Omi tag on the watch while I contemplated returning it and was able to get my money back. I felt confident with my purchase but was happy that they honored their return policy. It was simple and easy. I did have to pay $60 to return it back but overall happy with my experience.

Walter was great and responded very fast and made the process easy. They really know how to take care of their customers!!

I was very skeptical originally to purchase a high dollar item over the internet but I was ultimately blown away but the amazing customer service and Quality of the item purchased!
